Rangers Scheme (Pragati)

The Rangers Scheme at Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhyay Rajkiya Mahila Snatkottar Mahavidyalaya, Rajajipuram, Lucknow is an important co-curricular initiative dedicated to personality development, social responsibility, and value-based education.

The unit functions under the guidance of the College Principal and is coordinated by Dr. Smita Pandey, Ranger In-Charge, who provides continuous mentorship and leadership to the enrolled students.

The Rangers Scheme aims to nurture disciplined, confident, and socially committed young women by providing structured training, community exposure, and opportunities for leadership development. It complements classroom education by fostering practical skills, emotional intelligence, and a strong sense of civic duty.
